Enfier d’Arvier means the “hell of Arvier,” a reference to the intense heat of this vineyard site, which is located on the second highest zone in the Valley. It is one of rare independent producers in Valle D’Aosta.

Producer Information:
Cantina Terlan is one of the oldest Cooperatives in the world - It has been operative since 1891. It is comprised of 143 growers. The vineyards are located on the steep hill (“Vorberg” referring to the “foothill” of the mountain). All of the work is labor intense and done by hand - no machine utilized.

La Moussière (the vineyard) is one of the oldest wineries in Sancerre. It has been around since 1513, nearly 19 generations, and was even used to serve as a wine advisor to King Louis XIV. The producer is both biodynamic and organic!
